How we use it

To run the platform, send messages, attribute revenue, provide benchmarks, bill, support you, and meet legal and carrier obligations. We never sell personal data.

Controller and processor

For the contacts and orders you connect, you are the data controller and MessageGrowth is your processor: we process this data on your instructions to deliver the service. Benchmarks are produced from aggregated, de-identified data and never expose another customer’s information. You are responsible for the consent behind your lists.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service - carriers, our payment processor, and infrastructure vendors - all under contract, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for attribution, billing, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We protect data with encryption, access controls, and regular review, and we’ll notify you promptly of any material incident.
