Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MessageGrowth platform, operated by MessageGrowth Inc.. By creating an account or sending messages, you agree to them.

Your account

Provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for team members you invite.

Acceptable use

Message only contacts who have given valid consent, honor opt-outs, and follow all applicable laws and carrier rules. No spam or prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that create legal, deliverability, or carrier risk.

Your data

You retain ownership of the contacts, orders, and messages you connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to deliver the service and produce your reporting. You are responsible for the lawful basis behind your data.

Plans and billing

Paid plans bill in advance and renew automatically based on your contact tier and usage. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Service availability

We work to keep the platform reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and message delivery depends on mobile carriers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

You may close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or risk. On termination, access ends and we delete data as described in our Privacy Policy.
